Article 1 – Definitions :

It is agreed that words beginning with a capital letter, whether in the plural or singular, have the following definition:

- IP address: A number that is automatically assigned to the Internet user's computer by his or her Internet service provider when surfing the Internet and that makes it possible to identify the user.

- Cookie: A small file stored on the hard drive of the user's computer after the user has accepted it. This file allows a website to record information relating to the navigation of the user on the pages of this site and to facilitate the subsequent use of the website by the same user.
